Description
You will independently own and manage a brand vertical, overseeing the full lifecycle of healthcare AOR deliverables including digital and print materials. You will serve as a strategic client-facing expert, managing expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and drive operational excellence through process improvements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of agency project management experience
- Experience with healthcare AOR accounts preferred
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Big-picture mindset and strategic problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for diverse client deliverables
- Serve as primary client-facing expert, providing strategic guidance and mitigating risks
- Manage project financials for high-complexity projects ($6MM-$10MM range)
- Mentor and develop junior PM team members
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements
