💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients, serving as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients remain at home with rehabilitative care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.

• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current OT license in Maryland.
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
