💼 About This Role

You'll help deliver complex power plant projects that enable critical infrastructure at scale, partnering closely with a Project Manager across the full lifecycle. You'll gain exposure to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning while building hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate activities across development, permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases
• Support EPC contract development and execution while tracking contractor performance
• Monitor risks, issues, and milestones to keep projects aligned with delivery goals

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or project management in power plants or infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• Experience supporting full project lifecycles including development, permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning
• Familiarity with EPC environments including contract development and contractor performance management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OEM and balance-of-plant equipment such as turbines or reciprocating engines
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Bluebeam, and Slack
