💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations. You'll open and close the store and process sales transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love for music and pop culture.
• Communication, time management, and operations skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
