💼 About This Role

You'll co-teach and manage an IEP caseload at a single school, providing inclusive education to students with mild/moderate disabilities. You'll partner with families and staff to implement behavior support plans in a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned to IEPs
• Co-teach with general education teachers to model accommodations
• Manage and write compliant IEPs, facilitate meetings, maintain records
• Collaborate with families and staff on behavior support plans (BSPs/BIPs)

📋 Requirements

• Hold a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Practitioner License with Special Education Interventionist Endorsement (144–145)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience in special education or behavioral support
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Knowledge of special education law and inclusion practices
