🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end creation of AI characters from concept to iteration
• Develop and enhance character profiles using AI tools
• Test and evaluate AI-generated characters for consistency and quality
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve generation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles
• Solild hands-on expertise in LoRA training
• Strong creative judgment in character design and visual identity
• Comfort working in iterative, high-frequency training cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI
• Exposure to internet culture and engagement-driven content creation
