💼 About This Role

You'll build complex electromechanical systems for aerospace test equipment at Archer's Production Realization Lab. Your work will directly support R&D and certification efforts for an all-electric aircraft. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble complex electromechanical systems from engineering drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify as-built challenges and suggest improvements.
• Build and integrate high-quality wire harnesses and electrical subsystems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and uphold safety standards.
• Author assembly procedures and provide hands-on training to team members.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience with complex engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Mastery of soldering, electronics fabrication, and wire harness assembly.
• High-voltage safety literacy and familiarity with OSHA/NFPA standards.

• Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and manual machining (mill and lathe).
• Experience in R&D or prototype environments with evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with custom automated test equipment and hardware-software integration.
