Description

As a Trader at Grasshopper, you will develop and execute intraday trading strategies in a fast-paced environment, monitor market trends, manage algorithmic and discretionary strategies, and ensure compliance with risk management practices. You'll leverage your equity trading expertise to drive profitability while contributing to an 18-year track record of success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant trading experience in HFT and/or professional equity trading with strong track record
• Proven P&L record with own or operated successful alphas/strategies
• Quick and decisive thinking, ability to perform in dynamic and stressful environment
• Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Python) is an advantage
• Strong passion for competitive activities (e.g., trading, games, sports)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute intraday trading strategies (24h holding period) in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor market trends, news, and economic data to make informed trading decisions
• Master and execute algorithmic and discretionary trading strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management
• Identify and navigate trading risks and opportunities with discipline and consistency
