Description

You will support Starlink satellite production by providing daily operations support to sub-assembly areas, evaluating non-conforming hardware, and triaging test failures. You'll design assembly fixtures, implement process improvements, and manage new configurations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing/assembly experience OR bachelor's in engineering/math/science
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and instructions
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support to sub-assembly production area
• Evaluate non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions
• Triage test failures by reading and interpreting test logs and telemetry
• Design and implement assembly fixtures/shop aides to improve manufacturing process
• Develop documentation on standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and repair procedures
