You'll handle work orders and preventative maintenance at a residential community. You'll ensure apartments are well-maintained and residents are satisfied. This role offers a path to advance to Maintenance Technician III.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs
• Complete service requests to company standards
• Restore vacant apartments for move-in readiness
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
