💼 About This Role

You'll own the Payins Services domain at dLocal, driving the strategy and roadmap for payment event publishing, notifications, and reporting. You'll ensure reliable delivery of payment events to internal systems and merchants, directly impacting conversion and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payins Services.
• Define and monitor KPIs: delivery continuity, latency, data freshness.
• Lead discovery and delivery from merchant pain points to shipped solutions.
• Partner with Engineering on event-driven systems and data pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in payments, fintech, or data infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in event-driven architectures and messaging queues.
• Data-driven: comfortable with SQL and BI tools.
• Operational mindset: reliability and latency as first-class concerns.

• Experience with webhook infrastructure and API design.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Fraud, or Compliance teams.
