• Open insurance claims and manage carrier communication
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues for timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting

• 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Effective communication with clients and attorneys
