Description

You will join Cerebral's clinician community to provide telemedicine therapy sessions, collaborating with prescribers to support clients in their mental health journey. Flexible scheduling allows you to see clients during traditional business hours, evenings, or weekends.

Requirements

• Independently Licensed Therapist (Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work)
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional licenses
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
• Experience diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria
• Empathetic listening, strong communication, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly
• Provide 15-40 hours of weekly availability
• Create your own flexible schedule within 6:00am-11:30pm in your timezone
• Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication
• Work alongside clinicians to positively impact clients' lives
