💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing engineering for a next-generation robotics platform, bridging engineering and production from prototyping to full-scale. You'll own process development, tooling, and quality systems to scale production. Hybrid role in Charlestown, MA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing engineering across product lifecycle: concept to end-of-life.
• Develop scalable strategies for in-house vs. external partner manufacturing.
• Own process development, tooling design, and equipment readiness for new products.
• Drive root cause analysis, yield improvements, and corrective actions across builds.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years in manufacturing engineering for automation, electro-mechanical, or robotics.
• Expertise in DFM/DFA, GD&T, tooling, and production line setup.
• Hands-on experience with pilot builds, ECOs, process validation, and test equipment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with OnShape, Jira, PLM (Arena), MES (Tulip), Netsuite.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in startup environments.
