💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new customer acquisition for TraceLink's MINT platform across the EMEA region, owning the full sales lifecycle. Your core impact is achieving net-new ARR targets through consultative value-based selling. This role stands out for its focus on digitizing pharmaceutical supply chains with a recognized industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a defined EMEA territory for net-new ARR growth.
  • Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders.
  • Execute value-based sales methodology across opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success selling SaaS/Cloud-based enterprise solutions.
  • Experience selling integration-centric platforms (iPaaS, ERP, WMS, MRP).
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing experience.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
