You'll drive net-new customer acquisition for TraceLink's MINT platform across the EMEA region, owning the full sales lifecycle. Your core impact is achieving net-new ARR targets through consultative value-based selling. This role stands out for its focus on digitizing pharmaceutical supply chains with a recognized industry leader.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a defined EMEA territory for net-new ARR growth.
- Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders.
- Execute value-based sales methodology across opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
📋 Requirements
- 4-6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven success selling SaaS/Cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Experience selling integration-centric platforms (iPaaS, ERP, WMS, MRP).
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Healthcare.
- Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing experience.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
