🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic technology partnerships across HRIS, payroll, fintech, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch valuable product integrations.
• Serve as bridge between technical and business stakeholders translating API requirements into partnerships.
• Create compelling partnership presentations, diagrams, and Figma mockups.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product partnerships, business development, or technical sales.
• Strong technical literacy to navigate API documentation and integration workflows.
• Proven success working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Excellent communication skills engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience within HR tech, payroll, fintech, or global workforce technology.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience creating presentations with Figma or similar tools.
