You'll serve as an attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, providing high-quality primary care and collaborating with NPs/PAs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for assigned skilled nursing facility patients
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and quality initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position
