You'll lead multiple teams of developers and stakeholders to convert business requirements into fully functional applications using PEGA. Your core impact involves establishing standards, designing reusable components, and mentoring development teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions for government clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as liaison between business and ITO PEGA teams
• Translate business requirements into application designs
• Participate in Agile sprint planning and define acceptance criteria
• Publish release notes and mentor development team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM
• 4+ years of experience in Case Development
• 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect
