💼 About This Role

You'll establish and manage the requirements lifecycle for complex mechatronic and software-defined defence systems, acting as the link between operational needs and engineering design. Your work ensures clear, traceable specifications that guarantee mission success. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and own the enterprise RM tool.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture stakeholder needs and operational concepts from product managers and architects.
• Analyze raw inputs into clear, testable system and subsystem requirements.
• Administer the enterprise Requirements Management tool for mechatronic projects.
• Establish end-to-end traceability from stakeholder requirements to test cases.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions with cross-functional engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Requirements Engineering or Systems Engineering in complex hardware/software development.
• Advanced proficiency in an enterprise RM tool (e.g., Jama Connect, DOORS, Polarion).
• Deep understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model and requirements integration.
• Experience with rigorous compliance and traceability in defence, aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
• University degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
