🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer existing equity compensation programs
• Prepare materials for Comp Committee and Board meetings
• Evaluate executive pay and perform benchmark analysis
• Collaborate with Legal, Stock Admin, Finance, and People Team

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of compensation experience at a U.S. public company
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Global compensation experience
• Experience in manufacturing or airline industry
