🎯 What You'll Do
- Administer existing equity compensation programs
- Prepare materials for Comp Committee and Board meetings
- Evaluate executive pay and perform benchmark analysis
- Collaborate with Legal, Stock Admin, Finance, and People Team
📋 Requirements
- 5 years of compensation experience at a U.S. public company
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
✨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Global compensation experience
- Experience in manufacturing or airline industry
