You'll establish the design foundation for a live, AI-powered dental platform used across 28 countries. Your work will directly impact lab owners and dentists who rely on your interfaces daily. This role offers end-to-end design ownership with no approval layers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct user research independently with dentists and lab teams.
• Design end-to-end UX for mobile communication and desktop dashboard.
• Define the design system and component library for the engineering org.
• Own UX of AI-assisted workflows to build user trust.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience with complex B2B products.
• Track record of running your own user research independently.
• Strong portfolio showing shipped product work in complex domains.
• Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
