📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience including senior leadership roles
• Strong full-stack background with hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Proven track record leading engineering in zero-to-one or early-scale environments
• Deep understanding of system design and scalable architectures
