💼 About This Role

You'll lead a delivery hub team of 30-200 Runners, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations. You'll manage the entire process from goods receipt to perfect customer delivery, while driving KPI improvements and operational enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach, motivate, and lead a team of 70-200 Runners with 5-10 team leaders
• Manage the entire process from goods receipt to perfect delivery
• Create schedules and handle runner and team leader inquiries
• Work on projects to improve hub KPIs and operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant leadership experience
• MBO or HBO level thinking (Supply Chain background preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Full-time availability
