💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding and training of partners, and manage operations for the entire Delhi cluster at Meesho. You'll drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting facilities and identifying gaps to improve processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own partner onboarding and training for Middle Mile operations.
• Track and own partner performance across the cluster.
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps.
• Drive key operational metrics and achieve performance targets.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably Middle Mile.
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan.
• Experience in control tower and field operations.
