🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily oversight of organ and tissue recovery services
• Participate in policy development and process improvement initiatives
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and support training
• Engage with transplant surgeons, coroners, and tissue processors

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Biologic Sciences or allied health field
• 2-4 years experience in organ or tissue procurement or transplantation
• CTBS or CEBT certification preferred

• Prior supervisory experience
• CPTC or CTP certification
