🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing data visibility and efficiency.
• Centralize and drive execution of manufacturing software systems and dashboards.
• Partner with Quality, IT, and Operations for system compliance and reliability.
• Manage departmental staffing, training, and performance development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech.
• 3+ years of management in Operations systems or data management.
• 2+ years of program/project management driving collaborative Operations and IT projects.
• Proficient with MS Project or other project management platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO).
