You'll own a whistleblowing and case management platform used by major enterprises, working closely with engineering teams to shape AI-powered compliance workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for a whistleblowing platform.
• Work with engineering daily to translate business requirements.
• Collaborate across a portfolio of Ethics & Compliance products.
• Engage with product marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and shape AI-powered product features.

📋 Requirements

• B2B SaaS product management experience owning a product end-to-end.
• Strong technical communication with engineers and senior leadership.
• AI fluency to embed LLMs and AI capabilities.
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management across competing priorities.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in GRC, legal tech, or ethics compliance software.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product management.
