Your work will directly power how Sift finds, engages, and converts customers through sales automation pipelines. You'll own the vector database infrastructure and build production AI workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build AI-powered GTM systems and automation pipelines
• Write and maintain production Python code and API integrations
• Build and own vector database infrastructure for GTM AI
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Python proficiency to build and own scripts and pipelines
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate
• Shipped real automation with inputs, outputs, and failure handling
• Built AI workflows in production with prompt engineering and output validation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working near a marketing or revenue team
• Familiarity with GTM tools like HubSpot and Clay
• Knowledge of the hardware engineering or aerospace domain
