💼 About This Role

You'll lead tissue recovery operations for organ and tissue donation, coordinating with medical teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your work directly supports transplantation and research, saving lives through donor authorization review and surgical recovery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review donor authorization and medical records for tissue recovery
• Assemble supplies and perform surgical recovery of skin and musculoskeletal tissue
• Coordinate team logistics and ensure timely shipping of specimens
• Maintain recovery suite cleanliness and inventory levels

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in biological sciences, allied healthcare, or mortuary science
• Valid California or Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

• Certification as CTBS, CEBT, or CST
• Hospital/clinical or tissue recovery experience
