🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues via helpdesk
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers
• Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
• Assist with IT compliance audits and policy maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of IT support experience in manufacturing environment
• Windows OS and desktop support expertise
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge
