💼 About This Role

You'll join the fastest growing behavioral health practice group, providing outpatient therapy to diverse populations. Your work will directly improve access to mental healthcare through a hybrid schedule in our 4S Ranch clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to adults, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Document clinical notes in electronic health records.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or PsyD from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice psychology in California.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Bilingual skills.
