You'll lead a frontend-focused engineering team building products that help companies understand user experiences on digital surfaces. You'll own people, process, and technical direction, partnering with Product and Design to ship scalable software. Your team works in React, Vue, TypeScript, and Node.js on AWS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and retain a team of frontend engineers
• Drive key technical decisions on frontend architecture and cross-team dependencies
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmaps and scope work
• Establish and improve engineering processes to reduce tech debt
• Hire and develop talent, fostering a culture of ownership and curiosity

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams
• Strong frontend engineering background with React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL
• Ability to make and drive technical decisions
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Design

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years managing teams including senior engineers
• Domain knowledge in Product Analytics or Digital Experience Analytics
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
