- Deliver high-quality support via email, chat, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with WordPress, WooCommerce, and hosting environments.
- Guide customers on platform features, best practices, and product capabilities.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflows and documentation.
๐ Requirements
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or WooCommerce beyond hobby use.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success in SaaS.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, autonomous environment.
