Description

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between the AI platform (Apollo) and the rest of the organization, driving adoption across Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams. You will build enablement resources, gather feedback to shape the platform roadmap, and deliver lightweight technical implementations.

Requirements

• Experience as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer embedded with cross-functional teams
• Built internal enablement programs or training curricula for non-technical teams
• Translated complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences
• Acted as product-minded liaison to shape platform roadmap
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable adoption of Apollo across Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams
• Build durable enablement ecosystem including documentation, training materials, and self-serve resources
• Establish feedback loop between business stakeholders and AI platform team
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and internal demos
• Develop documentation in Confluence and internal knowledge bases
