You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Your core impact is ensuring customer satisfaction and helping meet sales targets while training new team members. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and support daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
