Description

You will lead a team of delivery drivers, ensuring safe and efficient operations, while also delivering customer orders directly to their doorsteps. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and reducing food waste.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license for at least 2 years
• Valid Class C Driver's License with clean record
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and load/unload up to 150 boxes per shift
• Compliance with DOT and company safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead team during pre-shift meetings covering safety and company topics
• Lead the load out process ensuring safe and efficient operations
• On-board and train new drivers to company standards
• Conduct quarterly driver observations to ensure standards are met
• Deliver customer orders to doorstep with professionalism, verifying delivery in routing app
