You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion, retention, and customer outcomes. You'll operate with the pipeline and forecast discipline of a quota-carrying seller, partnering cross-functionally to refine playbooks and processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and progress them to close
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3โ4x coverage) against quota
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 4-8 years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems or logistics technology
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
