💼 About This Role

You'll oversee full-cycle AP and AR operations for a fast-growing aerospace company, ensuring accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 for satellite bus programs. You'll partner across sales, operations, and engineering to scale revenue functions from the ground up while supporting month-end close, process improvements, and automation. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape the future of our AP/AR function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee full-cycle AP and AR operations including billing and collections
• Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, and customer invoicing
• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies
• Support month-end close including reconciliations and account analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AP and/or AR experience
• Experience overseeing full-cycle AP/AR in a high-volume environment
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar modern tools
• Strong process improvement mindset with scaling experience

• Start-up or high growth environment experience
