💼 About This Role

You'll instruct pre-licensing and continuing education courses for the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, engaging students in both in-person and online classroom settings. Your core impact will be helping students pass state exams and advance their real estate careers through high-quality education and practical success strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Actively engage with students in the classroom and online
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology for online instruction
• Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Computer with HD camera and microphone
• Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection
• Ability to instruct onsite and via Zoom

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education in AZ
• Livestream teaching experience
• DREI certification
• Experience in law, finance, or appraisal
