You'll design and execute a comprehensive Strategic Workforce Planning framework for an autonomous driving company. Your work will directly shape organizational capabilities and forecast talent needs to support business growth. You'll partner with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze business goals to project future staffing requirements.
• Evaluate current workforce to identify skills gaps and potential attrition.
• Partner with executives, finance, and talent acquisition to align workforce strategies.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards for workforce metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Workforce Planning.
• Proven experience partnering directly with C-suite executives in a rapidly scaling organization.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks and models.
• Highly proficient in using Workday to extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technology industry experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 💰 Base salary range: $147k - $238k per year.
