💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational finance and M&A integration at Civitech, a public benefit corporation building tools for civic participation and progressive causes. You'll drive EBITDA growth across core and acquired businesses while scaling systems over headcount. This role reports to the CFO and offers 100% remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash management.
• Diligence target companies' financials and integrate acquisitions.
• Support equity and debt fundraising with investor materials and data rooms.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and timely monthly financial close and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven success designing and implementing scalable processes.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Quickbooks Online or Netsuite.
• History of acquiring and integrating companies to drive expansion.
