You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture driven brand. You'll drive sales while building lifelong relationships with customers. This role offers the chance to make a difference through hunger relief with every purchase.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Merchandise the store compellingly and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Degree is a plus.
• Skills in payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
