💼 About This Role

You'll join our growing team to provide direct behavior therapy services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Your core impact will help children and families achieve life-changing outcomes through individualized treatment plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 and group behavior therapy to children with autism
• Implement positive behavior strategies as developed with BCBA
• Collect data on goals and complete session notes during sessions
• Work in home, community, school, or clinic settings with families

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Bachelor's degree in human service or related field, or relevant work experience
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Reside within 17 miles of Irvine, CA

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
