🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS-based environments including EKS/Kubernetes.
• Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines and observability.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles.
• 5+ years managing engineering or cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC.
• Strong experience with Terraform and modern DevOps workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN, edge infrastructure).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
