Requirements

• Experience in a high compliance food processing facility (USDA, FDA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and professionalism
• Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Monitor food production and enforce food safety regulations
• Perform refrigeration, chemical, and temperature checks
• Ensure proper labeling of all items in coolers and freezers
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Kitchen Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
