You will lead the employee relations function, ensuring fair and compliant practices across the organization. You'll manage complex workplace issues and shape systems for long-term organizational health. This role blends hands-on case leadership with strategic influence on policies and manager capability.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the employee relations function.
- Conduct complex investigations and document resolutions.
- Guide performance management processes and documentation.
- Partner with Talent, Legal, and business leaders.
- Analyze ER trends and recommend improvements.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR or employee relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience managing high-risk ER cases.
- Experience coaching managers on performance and conduct.
โจ Nice to Have
- SPHR or similar HR certification.
- Experience with data analysis to drive ER strategy.
