🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the employee relations function.

• Analyze ER trends and recommend improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR or employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing high-risk ER cases.
• Experience coaching managers on performance and conduct.

• SPHR or similar HR certification.
• Experience with data analysis to drive ER strategy.
