You'll partner with the Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, M&A, and capital formation. Lead board governance, enterprise risk, and a high-value transactional portfolio for an energy transition leader. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape legal strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Chief Legal Officer on corporate governance and board matters.
• Lead strategic transactions including M&A, equity raises, and investments.
• Manage enterprise risk including insurance, litigation, and compliance.
• Supervise and develop the in-house legal team.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 15-20+ years of legal experience in law firm and in-house settings.
• Significant expertise in corporate governance, board management, and M&A.
• Experience in energy project development or infrastructure investing.

• Background in data center or renewable energy sectors.
