You'll lead foundational, problem validation, and strategic research across product and brand for a DevSecOps platform. Your insights will directly shape both what we build and how we tell the world about it. This role uniquely spans product and marketing research, with high visibility and cross-functional influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead foundational, problem validation, and strategic research projects across assigned product areas
• Drive brand and product research including buyer persona development and brand perception studies
• Build trusted relationships with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing counterparts
• Mentor other researchers and shape how the Experience Research team works

📋 Requirements

• Deep mixed-methods research experience across qualitative and quantitative methods
• Track record in both product research and marketing or brand research
• Ability to guide stakeholders toward the right research approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment

• Experience working on AI products for enterprise dev tooling
