You'll lead the technical vision and architecture for Anduril's Dive-XL autonomous underwater system, serving as the single point of technical accountability. Your work directly supports a major US undersea defense program, bridging hardware and software domains. This role offers high visibility and impact on national security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive system architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through design, integration, and test.
• Oversee test and evaluation strategy and acceptance criteria.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and customers.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with complex autonomous systems.
• 5+ years as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, or equivalent senior technical leader.
• Proficiency in systems engineering principles including requirements management and verification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep expertise in AUV sub-domains like hydrodynamics, propulsion, or autonomy.
• Experience with underwater acoustics and navigation systems.
• Advanced degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
