💼 About This Role
You'll lead a team of 4-6 Account Executives in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across EMEA, driving commercial impact and shaping Preply's growth. You'll foster a high-performance culture and partner cross-functionally to deliver tangible business improvements. This high-visibility leadership role combines team development, strategic execution, and company-wide impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Drive sales execution through coaching and performance management
- Own weekly forecasting and pipeline inspection
- Manage quarterly team quota and accountability
📋 Requirements
- 2–3+ years of people management in Enterprise sales
- Experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Fluency in English plus one additional EMEA language
- Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management

- Experience with multi-stakeholder complex sales cycles
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
