💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 4-6 Account Executives in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across EMEA, driving commercial impact and shaping Preply's growth. You'll foster a high-performance culture and partner cross-functionally to deliver tangible business improvements. This high-visibility leadership role combines team development, strategic execution, and company-wide impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive sales execution through coaching and performance management
  • Own weekly forecasting and pipeline inspection
  • Manage quarterly team quota and accountability

📋 Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of people management in Enterprise sales
  • Experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Fluency in English plus one additional EMEA language
  • Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management

  • Experience with multi-stakeholder complex sales cycles
